Ambassador
Victoria Nuland is the United
States Permanent Representative to the North Atlantic
Treaty Organization. Appointed by President Bush,
Victoria Nuland was sworn in as the 18th United States
Permanent Representative to the North Atlantic Treaty
Organization (NATO) on July 13, 2005. As
Ambassador to NATO, she heads the combined State-Defense
Department US Mission to NATO.
